Infosys came to Oriental college , Bhopal for open placement. Around 2500-2700 students appeared for written exam. Written exam had two sections. Reasoning and English usage. Math's was totally absent. Reasoning had questions related to pattern making, syllogism, data sufficiency, two puzzles. More or less this part was the easiest and one can clear it easily.

We had 2 report before 9 am in the morning. Then there was a Power point Presentation about the Infosys (about 1 hour). PPT was immediately followed by written test. It consists of 2 sections - reasoning(30 questions,40 min) & vocab(40 questions, 35 min). Sectional Cut-off - Reasoning 60% (18/30), Vocabulary 50% (20/40). For a student who attended CAT is a smooth road to crack the written test.

Infosys came to our college - IET-DAVV(Indore) on 8th of Jan with a criteria of 65% average till 6th semester. Written test was damn easy for all those who have prepared for CAT. 106 out of 135 cleared the written test. 96 were finally selected. As expected Infy took only HR interview. Interviewer was 60+ and an IIT grad.
