Manage Collection Agencies & identify new Collection Agencies
- Resolve customers dispute
- Manage the collection activities of the cluster
- Ensure targeted collection from customers
- Achieve on-time delivery of bills & invoices to Customers
- Responsible for meeting collection targets defined from time to time
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication skills
- Telecom/banking/finance/vehicle loans/consumer finance/industry background
