Job Description
- Handling all products from health,property to motor.
- Responsible for the profitability of the branch.Should balance between sales & claims.Maintain the right product mix, maintaining relationships with the key channel partners.
- Motivating the branch toxwards the set objectives.
- To act as coach,facilitator & mentor for the team.
- Achievement of over all sales targets.
- Provide backup support to the team by coordinating with other departments like OPS,UW,CS,IT.
Looking For:
- Person capable of handling a team.
- Should have a better understanding of systems & processes.
- Should be capable of running the branch as a profit centre head.
- Experience in manmanagement
