In this position, you will be participating in multidisciplinary research and collaborating with hardware engineers in designing and development of system software. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Working on multiple operating systems, designing and developing proof of concept code are some of the few activities you should be capable of achieving
- Developing solution to problems utilizing formal education and judgment with the right aptitude and attitude

Qualifications

You should possess a Ph.D. or a Master of Technology or Engineering degree and ability to setup complex experiments and analyze results.

The UMPE team in India is chartered to provide two critical functions for the emerging Ultra Mobile PCs (that combine performance and/or capability of the PC with mobility of the Handheld). - Drive platform innovation that provides value-add features and differentiation - Develop new higher level integration architectures and tools necessary to simulate its performance, power and thermal analysis
