Job Description

This is a HR Generalist/ business partnering role. The incumbent will be responsible for end to end HR activities (other than hiring and training) for a business unit. The key activities shall include:

Employee relations/ employee engagement activities

Responsible for keeping the channels of communication open with employees through 1:1s, skip meetings, fun on the floor

Conceptualizing various HR interventions for the business and implementing the same

Partnering with the business on all HR matters

Supporting the BU management on various trends, analysis and other qualitative inputs

Analyzing trends in employee retention / engagement and taking steps to improve on these fronts

Taking ownership of all HR related activities for the business such as performance, compensation, competencies management etc

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferrence would be given to a full time MBA graduate from a premiere institute (XLRI/ TISS/ SCMHRD/ MDI Gurgaon/ IMT Ghaziabad/ XIMB/ SIBM/ SIMS/ SP Jain/ Jamnalal Bajaj etc) with good CGPA, from 2008-09 batches.

The candidate should have 0-2 years of total experience, preferably in a HR Generalist/ Business Partnering/ Employee Relation roles

Candidates with higher experience or non premiere institute shall not be considered.

Candidates, who have gone through our selection process at any time during the current year (2009) need not apply again.
