Job Description
RECRUITMENT
Identify/Prospect for candidates that can be successful TATA AIG advisors.
Recruit by selling TATA AIG career opportunity to such prospective advisors
TEAM DEVELOPMENT AND COACHING
Develop, Train, supervise, counsel & motivate a team of 25 to 30 advisors.
Coach Advisors on sales skills
Ensure repeat business by team of advisors by promoting cross sell & up sell to existing customer
Proivde operational support to advisors in the team in terms of submissions, issuance, pending resolve etc.
ACHIEVE SALES TARGETS
Always exceed the minimum sales & recruitment expectation set by the company from time to time.
