Assistant Manager / Manager - Strategy and Planning
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Active involvement in market research programs
Execute planned initiatives at all operational levels
Reporting operational metrics to higher management
Responsible for providing pre-/post sales support
Prepare technical proposals etc
Prepare the sales pitch
Create presentations and collaterals for proposals
Summarizing and analyzing data
Drive the implementation of processes and business operations.
High level Analysis including the environmental scan, SWOT analysis, identifying strategic issues and goals.
Essential knowledge/Skills Required:
'- Understanding of IT Systems
- Information Technology and Information Systems based pre-sales / business development experience
- Experience in pre sales
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Project and Visio
- Experience in Operational Management
- Experience in Knowledge Management
- Good Communication Skills
- Prior experience in Macro/Micro level Reporting
