1. Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL), a wholly owned company of Government of India, was incorporated in January 2006 under the Companies
Act, 1956 with the objective of designing, manufacturing/printing security papers, currency and bank notes, non-judicial stamp papers, minting of coins, postage stamps etc. SPMCIL is under the administrative control of Ministry of Finance with its Registered and Corporate Office at Jawahar Vyapar Bhawan, Janpath, New Delhi. It has four Minting Units at Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Noida, four Currency/Security Printing Presses at Nashik, Dewas and Hyderabad besides a high quality paper manufacturing Mill at Hoshangabad

2. SPMCIL invites applications for filling up the following post on Direct Recruitment basis:-

Assistant Manager (Human Resources)

Scale of Pay:
Rs.8000-275-13500/-(CDA) (pre-revised) The initial gross emoluments shall be approx.Rs.20,900/-  per month)_ (including DP, DA, HRA, Transport Allowance & CCA)

Total no. of Posts:
3 (ST-1, OBC-1 & UR- 1) (1 for its Corporate Office and 2 for Units)

Age (As on 31.08.2008) Not exceeding 35 years

Note: Presently, the scales are on Central DA Pattern but likely to change to Industrial DA attern.
Essential Qualification - Graduate with 2 years full time post graduate degree OR 2 years full time PG Diploma in Personnel Management/ Social Work/Labour Welfare /Industrial Relations or equivalent.

Degree in Law is desirable.
Professional Experience - 3 years post qualification experience in handling the HR policy formulation, manpower planning, welfare, industrial relations, performance management, competency mapping, training & development in public sector enterprises, large private sector enterprises or government/autonomous bodies.
