– Hard core sales person, door-to-door knocking and meeting the customers.

– Go-getter, aggressive and self-starter

– Manage the day to day activity of the DST team

– Understand & impart the DST model of the organization

– Willingness to expand the direct selling method. Initiate new processes in accordance to BDM.

– Target oriented

– Motivate & lead Retail team for higher productivity

– Self Motivated, positive attitude & aggressive Desired industries would be FMCG, Consumer Durables, Telecom, Finance and Insurance.
