A Brief Job profile for your convinience -

1. Building up a team of Advisors, through your personal contacts, database hunting, reference gathering & using ingenuity.
2. Daily monitoring & following process for driving sales through your advisors.
3. Daily reporting of Achievements
4. Doing Performance Review of your Advisors
5. Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management & monitoring capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate must have experience in team handling, motivation of team members, marketing and knowledge of Finance.

We are open to recruit to all sectors and industries,

Graduate / Post Graduate freshers looking for work experience most welcome.
