We are looking MBA/BE/Btech Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills.Role for first six months: During the Course of first six months, candidates would be trained on the underlined skills required in Purchase.

Domain Knowledge:

1) Knowledge about PC/Laptop/Server Purchases

2) AMC of IT Products

3) Knowledge about security products/software

4) Knowledge about infrastructure Sourcing

4) Knowledge about IPLC/DS3/NLD/Internet Bandwidth purchases

5) Understands ordering modalities of CISCO/Nortel networking and voice equipments

Purchase Transaction Role:

1) To Understand The Procurement Process Of HCL

2) To Speak With The Vendor For Quotes

3) To Compare Quotes

4) Order Release on Vendor

5) Order fulfillment tracking & Payment release process

6) Populating and maintaining Database for vendors

7) Working in SAP environment

8)Preparing MIS Reports

Commercial Knowledge:

1) Knowledge about taxation, Service tax, withholding tax

2) Knowledge about STPI/high sea sales, Bond to Bond transfers

3) Knowledge about SEZ transaction

4) Documentation for opening and execution of High Sea Sales, Bond to Bond, LC transaction

5) Knowledge about INNCO terms
