Minimum Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering, Master’s Degree preferred.
7+ years experience in developing custom SAP applications
General ABAP programming for Reports / Interfaces / Conversions / Extensions / Forms
Development of BDC interfaces
EDI / IDOC / ALE
BAPIs
SAP Scripts
SmartForms
ABAP Objects
Transactions / Dialog programming
Business objects
Work flow and/or ABAP WebDynpro
Security / SAP authorizations
Debugging of different SAP processes
BADIs

In addition, the following general qualifications are critical for this role.
Excellent written / verbal communication skills
Team play
Ability to come up with estimates based on different levels of specifications at different stages of a project.
Ability to work through and accomplish tasks in estimated time targets
Ability to document / explain / escalate issues appropriately through to the Mgmt
Design smart technical solutions for different business process requirements.
Ability to understand functional specifications and convert them to technical specifications and code
Conduct reviews of functional and technical designs
Ability to coordinate tasks with other onsite/offshore team members.
Experience with working in a distributed multiple SAP systems landscape.
Application of SAP notes and fixes as and when required.
Desire for constant learning

Within SAP systems, knowledge of the following modules are desirable for this position.
Sales and distribution
Materials management
Production planning
Logistics execution
Warehouse management
Other SAP modules experiences such as APO / CRM is considered additional useful qualification. As well, other technical skills such as BSP/JAVA are considered as a plus.
