SYSTEMS ENGINEER
- To study the product environment requirements and prepare environments with the appropriate technology, working closely with all relevant ICT Service teams.
- Deployment of solutions/products/patches and hot fixes to the environments.
- To provide input/corrections to the Documentation team.
- Provision of 1st level internal support, investigating & resolving issues where possible and/or referral to the Senior Technical Analyst or Systems Manager for the resolution .
- To undertake regular periodical maintenance of environments.
- Continuously update oneself and exhibit skills needed to deploy and use new and upcoming technologies.
- To work within a staggered shift pattern and participate in rota outside of core working hours, including weekends, to ensure continuity of service provision to Customers.

Experience : �1 - 3 Years

TECHNICAL ANALYST

- Provision of 1st/2nd level internal support for the Product Deployment, resolving escalated issues by investigating, providing and implementing technical solutions.
- Management of ETS operations within agreed level of support hours.
- To work closely with all relevant IT services teams to ensure that environments operates fully within the organization network infrastructure and are accessible remotely.
- Responsibility for environment troubleshooting and database back-ups as per requirements.
- Regular inspection of maintenance activities and provide solution environments including real-time monitoring of availability and performance.
- Presenting statistics and data for manager’s reference.

Experience : �4 - 6 Years

Primary Skill:

(Applicable for both the requirements)
Knowledge and experience of
-Windows/Server 2000, XP, Windows 2003
-Desktop and Server applications (Active directory Configuration, back-up tools, Sql Sever database administration – basic level, MS terminal services, Citrix Metaframe, VMWare, LAN/WAN/VPN connectivity.

Secondary Skill:

- Server clustering setup skills (MSCS, NLB etc)
- MSMQ Knowledge (Optional)
- Testing Skills (Optional)
- UNIX and scripting skills (Optional)
- Microsoft Operations Manager Knowledge (Optional)
- HP SAN Management and configuration (Optional)
- Oracle Experience (Optional)
- Testing Skills (Optional)
Proven experience in product installation and support.
Experience in demonstration environment build and support.
