We are currently looking for Team Members / Team Leaders / Project Leaders / Project Managers
Experience: 4-8 years of relevant IT experience with a reputed Software / Consulting Organisation.
Infrastructure Services :
Technical Help Desk - L1 (1 - 4 years of experience)
- MS Exchange Messaging Outlook, Exchange
- Experience on Service Management tools like Remedy / HPSD / Peregrine, basic networking and troubleshooting
- Customer handling skills, report generation, incident and problem management
- Certification : MCP, entry level technology certifications, ITIL Foundation v2.0 or higher
Desktop Support Engineers - L2 and L3
- Understanding of Service Desk and classification of tickets
- Remote monitoring using Tools / basic commands of a desktop, Server
- Awareness of ITIL, software distribution using SMS, ability to configure e-mail in the client (exchange, Notes and send mail), resolve problems in e-mail system /Windows /Linux / Citrix / Client installation , configuration, deployment in networks
- Break-fix incident management, service delivery, project management
- Certification : Technical - MCTS /MCP, A+, OEM Certifications;
Process - ITIL Foundation v2.0 or higher
Mid Range System Administrators (Windows / Unix) - L2 and L3
- Manage system change, operate Automate Console Operations (AOC) / Operating System, use Services Delivery Tools / System Operation Tools / job scheduling, perform problem management / scheduling procedures
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, performance root cause analysis, manage project change
- Certification : Technical - MCSE in windows or RHCT or higher, A+, OEM Certifications;
Process - ITIL Foundation v2.0 or higher
Network Engineer - L2 and L3
- JD Edwards Technical, Covus , Barcording
- Understanding of TCP IP concepts, basic operating knowledge of routers /switches, advance routing and switching concepts, ITIL processes, VPN technologies
- Experience in configuration of Cisco Routers and Switches, routing technologies like OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, Load balancers, Proxies, 3DNS, EPBX, unified communication, call managers, access lists and perform patch upgrades
- L2 and L3 QOS concepts
- Analysis using tools like sniffer
- Certifications : CCNP Certifications - CCNA, A+, OEM Certifications
Storage (2 - 4 years of experience)
- SAN storage network, NAS storage
- Network, Symmetrix, Legato, Celerra, Clariion, Brocade, Cisco, McData
SQL DBA - L2 and L3 (6+ years of experience)
- In depth technical knowledge of SQL Server versions 2000 and 2005 (knowledge of 7 and 2008 desirable)
- Experience with SQL Server performance tuning (database tuning, SQL statement tuning), SQL Server options such as Integration , Services /DTS), reporting services, partitioning
- Implementation and operational experience with these environments (5+ years of experience), service design and architectural infrastructure (2+ years of experience)
- Key project roles on large enterprise technology implementation project (3+ years of experience)
Oracle DBA - L2 and L3 (6+ years of experience)
- In depth technical knowledge of Oracle versions 9i and 10g (knowledge of 8i and 11g is desirable)
- Experience on Oracle performance tuning (database tuning, SQL statement tuning), Oracle options such as RAC, Data Guard, partitioning
- Implementation and operational experience with these environments (5+ years of experience), service design and architectural infrastructure (2+ years of experience)
- Key project roles on large enterprise technology implementation project (3+ years of experience)
- Knowledge of Unix /Linux (HPUX and SUSE) and Windows
Qualification:
Full Time Graduates / Post Graduates in:
- BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc / MCA / MCM / MS
- CA / ICWA / MBA
- PGDIT (2 years full time & approved by AICTE)
Special consideration will be given to B.Sc. / BCA / Diploma holders with 3 years of relevant functional / technical experience.
