Job Description
Tech Mahindra is looking for candidate’s with 4 to 8 yrs of hands on experience for the below mentioned position.
Job Description:
1. Analyze/understand user requirements, provide guidance to the team and expert on Portal
2 Operation and maintenance of a web-portal including data quality control, customer operations process development and documentation
3. Support the development, operation and maintenance of Customer Operations system.
4. Co-ordination of the development, implementation and maintenance of Customer Operations Systems which support the Order Fulfillment process
5. Shared co-ordination with Marketing & Sales and IT in the development, implementation and
maintenance of Customer Operations Systems which support the Customer Linking process
Desired Profile
Technical Skills Required:
• Java and J2EE, Weblogic, Tomcat
• JSP, Servlet, Struts and Web services
• Unix/Linux environment
• Oracle
Experience4 - 9 Years
