Job Description
1.Study of RFI/EOI/RFP s released by the customer.
2.Conducting kick off and handover meetings with internal customer (technical teams) to finalize on ‘Bid / No bid’ decision.
3.JV/Consortium strategies for the bid.
4.Research competition and build on potential strengths in bids
5.Preparation of Technical & commercial bid documents as per defined corporate standards.
6.Working out strategy for pricing
7.Interface with vendors for pricing, compliances & other documents.
8.Build pricing sheets as per guidelines from commercial dept.
9.Interface with management for approval of pricing & bid strategy.
10.Leading & guiding a team of Proposal engineers.
11.Addressing the queries from execution team during execution of the project.
12.Search for relevant Tender opportunities online.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be good in written and verbal communications.
Well versed to interact with internal and external customer and daily follow-ups.
Should have adequate hands on MS-office, PPT and Reports Preparation.
Should be Go-getter.
