Job Description
- Level 1 Support for all Video Conferencing Related Problems across RIL grp.
- Familiarity with Variety of Video Conferencing Equipment & Technologies being implemented.
- Monitoring the Video Conference & proactively troubleshoot the same ; in case of glitches
-Works closely with central Projects Team
- Ensuring glitch free VCs at all times.
- Imparting training to Local Teams on new technologies being implemented
- Periodic MIS report creation
-Good Communcation and Inter personal skills
- Customer-centric behaviour
- Ability to get the desired results under given project constraints
- Knowledge of various communication & networking protocols
Desired Candidate Profile
