Job Description
Project Manager
Should have overall experience of 10 – 12 years of which atleast 4 - 5 years should have been on TIBCO suite of products including TIBCO BW, EMS, Business Connect, Admin, HAWK, WebServices. Should have good experience of managing TIBCO projects in the past covering design, development, testing and deployment. Should have project management skills and certifications if any on this would be an added advantage. Additional skills like team management and motivation, quality adherence etc is mandatory. Experience in managing all types of projects such as development, Maintenance and support, enhancements etc would be an added advantage. Knowledge on Business Events / iProcess / Active Matrix would be an added advantage. Should have good communication and presentation skills.
TIBCO Project Leads
Should have overall experience of 7 – 8 years of which 5 years should be in TIBCO suite of products. Should have thorough knowledge on TIBCO suite of products which includes TIBCO BW, EMS, Business Connect, Admin, HAWK, WebServices. Working experience on Business Events / iProcess / Active Matrix would be an added advantage. Should have good communication and presentation skills. Experience of leading a team in the past and knowledge on Insurance domain would be an added advantage. Should ideally be an MCA / BTech or equivalent
TIBCO Sr Developers
Should have overall experience of 4 – 5 years of which 3 years should be in TIBCO suite of products. Should have thorough knowledge on TIBCO suite of products which includes TIBCO BW, EMS, Business Connect, Admin, HAWK, WebServices. Working experience on Business Events / iProcess / Active Matrix would be an added advantage. Should have good communication and presentation skills. Should ideally be an MCA / BTech or equivalent
TIBCO Developers

Should have thorough knowledge on TIBCO suite of products which includes TIBCO BW, EMS, Business Connect, Admin, HAWK, WebServices. Working experience on Business Events / iProcess / Active Matrix would be an added advantage. Should have good communication and presentation skills. Should ideally be an MCA / BTech or equivalent
