Job Description

• Experience on One end to end implementation, Development and reporting as well.

• Experience in modules like FI, HR, SD, Inventory management Modules.

• Worked on Technical Specifications, Detail Designs and Test cases.

• SAP BW consultant is expected to possess complete knowledge of SAP BW data extraction from the SAP ( R/3) and Non-SAP sources.

• BW Objects - Extensive knowledge of standard and custom Info Cubes, Info Object and Info Sources, Web reporting, Extraction, Transfer Structures, Operational Data Store (ODS), and Business Explorer (BEx).

• Customizations – Data source enhancements, user exits and LO Cockpit configuration and customization, Business Content Activation.

• BEx-Extensive experience creating BEx Queries, Workbooks & utilizing WAD.

• Extractions - Experience in extracting data from SAP R/3 using LIS/LO Cockpit, Generic Extraction, OLTP extraction, data loading (Initial / Delta Up-Loads), and also extracting data from the flat files.

Must have worked extesively on Process Chain maintenance.

• Performance tuning – Must have experience in performance tuning of queries using compression, aggregation, and partitioning.

• Consultants are expected to interact with the onsite team for understanding requirements and work towards a solution that completely satisfies the requirement / bug.

• Consultants are expected to have good understanding of other SAP systems and the integration of the same with SAP BW.

• Knowledge of SAP BW 3.X to BI 7.0 migration is an added advantage.

•Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all departments and levels within the organization.

•Highly organized and detail-oriented.
