Job Description

A Flash Developer / Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating various components in the presentation layer for web applications. The candidate should be able to perform web, graphic and information design duties, with creativity and innovation

Experience/proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)

Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, Various Browser compatibility (IE, Firefox etc)

Develop appealing UI designs and animated graphics for various web applications based on given inputs. Responsibilities include creation of design, images, Shockwave files, and AS2 , Flash Actionscript & XML programs Candidate should be able to operate at a technical level, which may be required from time to time for debugging UI related bugs / issues.

Sending and Receiving data from database via ASP.NET

Using the drawing API to programmatically draw screen elements.

Animation Filters and Tween and transition class through scripting

Creating an Application using Components

Handling Component Events

Populating components with data from XML

Customized and skinning component

Media Components

Video Components

Data Components

WebService connector

Working knowledge of JavaScript

Possess strong communications skills

Able to work on multiple concurrent projects

Optional:

-1-2 years project experience in ASP.Net (optional but preferred)Knowledge of CMMi / ISO processes (optional but preferred)

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

Education :

Any Graduate or equivalent with specialization in Multimedia & related technologies.
