Job Description��

Develops and executes offline, community, and strategic media (TV) programs to increase satisfaction and loyalty with the relevant audience. Develops strategic marketing plans and executes against those plans by orchestrating a marketing team and cross DPE resources. Maintains holistic understanding and empathy with the broad developer audience (and sub-segments).

Desired Profile ��

The candidate would drive the creation of the strategic designer audience plan and deliver against this plan through management and co-ordination of a marketing resources (internal & external) to ensure they deliver content and programs, which drive brand preference and loyalty to Microsoft thereby driving up designer satisfaction. Responsible for ensuring audience owners supports product managers with appropriate in depth audience knowledge. Manage the utilization of audience knowledge across DPE to create highly effective virtual teams. Be the lead ?broad consumer connection ? owner for DPE ensuring cross-Ltd activities are implemented effectively, DPE represented appropriately and strategic approach in line with DPE overall objectives. Educational Qualification and Experience Requirements: Past work Experience : �Candidate must have worked with designers and has good understanding of designers audience. Candidate must have 4-5 years of practical experience of working with /in marketing/product management teams. Knowledge of product marketing, audience marketing preferable. Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams. Educational background: Graduation- BS, Engineer, Design diploma. Post graduate -MBA preferred. Desired Skill Set: Analytical Skills - ability to dive into data and drive inferences. Creativity - ability to conceptualize campaigns which stand out and connect with audience. Team worker - Ability to work with cross functional teams. Ability to manage 3 rd parties. Strong project management and attention to detail. Solid verbal and written communication skills and partner/customer presentation skills.
