Job Description

   The Associates are responsible for the accurate and timely processing and reconciliation of financial data.

Job responsibilities:

�Ensure accurate and timely processing of work in a cost effective manner.
�Interact with external clients and multiple groups within Fidelity (Client Managers, Auditors, Telephone and correspondence Representatives, Telesales, New Implementation Managers and Operations Managers)
�Contribute to the team environment and overall effective services provided to Fidelity�s client base.
�Take initiative to undergo training to enhance their individual job performance
�High quality of work with a strong customer orientation
�Open to work In shifts
