Job Description
Provide First - level Technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
Guide customer troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates with voice support and sales experience in a call center would be the ideal candidate.
Freshers looking for an opportunity with BPOs then this will be the best opportunity.
This position is only open to candidates with less than 30 months of experience with an international call center.
Qualification:
Graduate/PUC/Diploma
PUC/Diploma must have atleast 1 year of international call center experience or 2 yrs of experience in another domain to be eligible to apply in Dell.
All candidates applying should have their original educational certificates and relieving letter of their work experience.
