Job Description
• Involves frontend customer interaction.
• Ensure delightful services by providing First time resolution.
• Preparing basic MIS for the store.
• Co-ordination with different departments for customer complaints.
• Spotting key opportunity areas to ensure delight for the customers.
• Ensure maximum retention.
• Irate customer handling.
• Work on the store profitability by selling and up selling products and services.
• Adhere to productivity norms.
• Would be required to capture VOC through CRM tagging (Type/Sub-type in CRM as per the requirement of Management)
• Generate Data as per management requirement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0 to 2 years of experience in handling customer Service
- Good communication / convincing skills.
- Current / Previous experience of any Customer Service activites
- Pleasing personality
- Presentable with etiquette and mannerism.
- Basic analytical skills.
