Team Leader - Marketing Analysts
Job Description��

As a Team Lead, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to support your client strategic marketing and sales initiatives. You will ensure client servicing requirements are meeting or exceeding the client's expectations while building a strong client relationship. Specific responsibilities will include:

- Conduct analysis of scanner and consumer panel data in support of client strategic initiatives and make analytical presentations to small client groups.
- Conduct training with client associates regarding products and services.
- Build and maintain ongoing business partner relationships with client contacts.
- Contribute to development of team objectives to deliver client value, and deliver results to meet or exceed objectives.
- Make basic capabilities presentations to comparable level client contacts.

Desired Profile ��

- 3-4 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry/Marketing & Sales.
- Proficient in syndicated data analysis using data or similar
- Intermediate technical proficiencies in Microsoft Office software.
- Demonstrated ability to write proposals and make small group presentations
- Proven problem-solving skills using deductive reasoning, understanding hierarchical relationships and identifying gaps in logic.

Education Qualifications
MBA / Post graduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics

Key Skills/Competencies (Optional)
Detail-oriented team player with good problem-solving and project management skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task. Influencing skills.
