Skill set

Siebel Testing
Good knowledge of Siebel and Analytics, Testing (Concepts, Tools – Quality Center, Metrics and test planning), Knowledge of SQL, DB concepts
Exp: 2 to 6 yrs

Pega Testing:
Good PRPC Concepts, Good Testing concepts in Manual & Automation
Note: Pega developers Interested to shift to Pega Testing can also attend the interview.
Exp: 2 to 6 yrs

Java J2ee:
Core Java, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, EJB, Web services, Design Patterns
Exp: 3 to 7.5 yrs

Oracle PL/SQL Developers:

Oracle PL/SQL, SQL query tuning
Strong experience in SQL Programming
Understanding Database concepts
Good in DW Concepts

Exp:4 to 5.5 yrs

Academic Qualifications: A full-time degree in B.E./ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA/ MCA/ M.E./ M.Tech/ M.Sc with first class throughout
