- IR Manager : Graduates / Post graduates. CAIIB shall be added qualification., Age: Not exceeding 50 years
- Branch Head : For Heading Medium, Large, Very Large and Exceptionally Large Branches, Qualification : Graduates / Postgraduates from any recognized University, CAIIB with proficiency in computer. , Age : Not exceeding 45 years.
- Head – Card Business : Post graduates or Graduates with CAIIB / MBA, Age : Not Exceeding 40/45 Years
- Head – Retail Deposits : Post Graduates or Graduates with CAIIB / MBA, Age: Not exceeding 45 years
