Expertise on any of the industry standard databases e.g. Oracle, SQL Server and Sybase.
The candidate must have rigorous database design and implementation experience. Alternatively, must have DBA experience on large database applications.
Must have expertise on data modeling and modeling tools.
Must have experience in running POCs and creating methodologies for tasks like Database migration, Performance tuning etc.
