Creating and managing Micro partition (processor pool, IO pool, virtual ether net)
Performance tuning ( Kernel, System, memory)
Knowledge in High availability tools like HACMP
Knowledge in platform design/architecting
Knowledge in LPAR AND DLPAR
Should have overall 4-7 years experience.

Creating/Modifying/Removing user accounts in Solaris OS using both commands/GUI
Installing Solaris OS using CD Method
Installing Solaris OS packages using standing Solaris procedures
Configuring Solaris OS files (F.ex. DNS/nsswitch files etc.)
Experience in Shell Scripts,backup procedures (for OS, data)
Should have overall 3-6 years experince not more not less
