Basic Requirements and Qualification

An associate should understand the process.
He/ She should be able to handle 100% productivity with 99% quality score.
Good Communication Skills.
Exposure to MS Office suite.
Min’ 15yrs of regular academic qualification
Graduation (Bcom / BA / BSC Maths / Physics, Chemistry / Biology / BBA / BBM / BHM / BCS)
0 – 3 yrs professional experience
Exposure to back-end support or transaction processing work in similar roles is an added advantage.
Willingness to work in Night shifts.
