Job Description:We are currently looking at Graduates Freshers and candidates with minimum 6 months of any experience for a Voice process.
Designation : Customer service Officer / Sr. Customer service Officer.
Qualification - Graduates Only (BE/Btech graduates need not apply).
Job Profile :
- Meeting sales targets set by process and prioviding service to UK/US customers.
- Answering customer calls related to insurance
- Providing the fastest and best solution.
- Maintaning call time as well as quality standards as set by process.
