Basic Requirements:
- Min 15yrs of regular academic qualification
- Graduation (Bcom / BA / BSC – Maths/ Physics / Chemistry / BBA / BBM / BHM / BCS) excluding computer science
- 0 – 3 yrs professional experience
- Exposure to back-end support or transaction processing work in similar roles is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in Night shifts.
Professional Requirements
- An associate should understand the process.
- He/ She should be able to handle 100% productivity with 99% quality score.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Exposure to MS Office suite
