Age (as on 01.04.2009): Minimum 18 years, Maximum 26 years
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality/citizenship: Candidate must be a citizen of India, Candidate should have proficiency in Hindi language
(For Clerk-cum-Cashier) – The candidate must be the domicile of Haryana State and should have proficiency in Hindi language
Educational Qualifications (as on 01.04.2009)
Officer Scale-I: Graduation degree of recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates). Knowledge of English is essential.
Candidate with computer literates in MS, DOS, MS Word, MS Excel, Networking etc. will get preference at the time of interview
Candidates with higher qualifications in Engineering/Business Administration/Law/ Agriculture/ Veterinary Science/M.Sc Computer Science/MCA/ Chartered Accountant/ Horticulture/ Marketing etc. will get preference at the time of interview.
Clerk-cum-Cashier: A degree from any recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent. Or
A pass in higher secondary school examination of 10+2 or 10+2+3 pattern/11th standard of 11+3 pattern/pre-degree or intermediate or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate. Or
Pass with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) in aggregate in Matriculation/Senior school certificate (old pattern) or equivalent. Or
Diploma in Banking recognized by State or Central Government/State Government or Union Territory
Proficiency in local language (Hindi) is essential. Knowledge of English is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates who are computer literates in MS DOS, MS WORD, MS Excel, Networking etc
Application fee (Non-refundable)
For SC/ST/PwD candidates – Rs. 50/- for each post
For all others – Rs. 200/- for each post
Note: (a) Requisite application fee must be paid only by means of A/c payee crossed bank pay order/bank demand draft issued by a scheduled bank payable at Gurgaon in favour of ‘Gurgaon Gramin Bank – Recruitment Project 2009′.
(b) Bank demand draft/bank pay order must be purchased on or after the date of advertisement but on or before the last date for receipt of application
(c) Payment by cash/cheque/money order/IPO etc. will not be accepted.
(d) Candidates should write his/her name and address on the reverse of the DD/pay order.
(e) Candidates, who apply for more than one post must send separate applications for each post accompanied by separate fee.
Selection procedure: The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of written test and interview.
