NPCIL, a premier Public Sector Enterprise and a world class nuclear giant involved in the design,construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance of Nuclear Power Stations invites applications from the professionally qualified candidates in the areas of Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Contracts & Materials Management, Legal and Hospitality Services, for the following posts for Corporate Office at Mumbai and NPCIL Projects and Stations located in various parts of India..

Pay Band and Grade Pay : PB-3 :Rs.15600-39100 GRADE PAY- Rs.5400/-

Total Monthly Emoluments : Rs.25,000/- (approx.)

In addition to Band Pay and Grade Pay, other allowances/perks etc. including PF, LTC, Medical facilities in all Units/HQs would also be applicable as per the policies of Company. The gross CTC works out to be Rs.7.0 lakhs per annum (Approx.)

Educational Qualifications::
For Post at Sl.No. 1 [Dy. Manager (Human Resource)]
a) Graduation in any discipline with not less than 60% marks; plus
b) Two years full time MBA or equivalent with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, from IIMs/XLRI/XISS/XIM or MA (Personnel Management & Industrial Relations) from TISS or an equivalent Post Graduate Degree/Diploma from a recognized University/AICTE approved Institute, with not less than 60% in the Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in aggregate.
For Post at Sl.No. 2 [Dy. Manager (Finance & Accounts)]
a) Graduation in any discipline with not less than 60% marks; plus
b) CA/ICWA/CFA with pass class OR Two years full time MBA or equivalent with specialisation in Finance from a recognised University/ AICTE approved Institute, with not less than 60% marks in the Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in aggregate.
For Post at Sl.No. 3 [Dy. Manager (Contracts & Materials Management)
a) Graduation in Engineering in any of the branches; plus
b) Full time MBA (Preferably in Materials Management/Inventory Control) with not less than 60% marks from a recognized University/AICTE approved Institute, or Full time First Class Post Graduate Degree in Materials Management from the Indian Institute of Materials Management with not less than 60% marks. Engineering Graduates with Post Graduate qualification as above will be considered for grant of advance increments by Selection Committee, subject to a maximum of 5 increments, based on performance, at the recruitment stage.
For Post at Sl.No.4 [Dy. Law Officer ]
Full time Degree in Law (Professional) with not less than 60% marks in aggregate from a University recognized by the Bar Council of India. Candidates with post qualification practical experience at Bar and/or in any reputed Organization as an Officer having adequate exposure to Company/Civil/Labour Laws will be preferred. Candidates should possess excellent communication and drafting skills and have the capacity and capability to handle and deal with
legal problems and cases independently. Candidates with experience may be considered for grant of advance increments by the Selection Committee at the recruitment stage.
For Post at Sl.No.5 [Dy. Manager (Hospitality Services)]
a) Graduation in any discipline (including Hospitality Management/Hotel Management and Catering Technology or related disciplines) with not less than 60% marks; plus
b) Two years Full time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in either of Hospitality Management/Hotel Management and Catering Technology or related disciplines from any recognized University/AICTE/Government of India, Ministry of HRD approved institutions. Candidates with One Year Full Time Post Graduate Degree or Diploma will also be considered, provided the candidate has a minimum two years post qualification experience in relevant field.
