HLL Lifecare Limited HLL now requires the following personnel on regular / fixed term contract basis for its Consumer Business Division and Hi-Care Division for posting at Kolkata / Bangalore / Chennai / Mumbai:

A. CONSUMER BUSINESS DIVISION

The Consumer Business Division of HLL markets some of the best Brands of Contraceptives in the country. “MOODS” Condoms, the flagship Brand of HLL is marketed by this division. The Division also markets “SAHELI”- the only globally acclaimed Non-steroidal Contraceptive Pill, “USTAD” Condoms; “VELVET”- Female Condoms; PREVENTOL- Emergency Contraceptive Pills; MAKESURE Brand of Rapid Test Kits for Pregnancy, Malaria, Dengue, HIV etc. HLL’s tie-up with Kottackal Arya Vaidya Sala (KAVS) shall see a wide range of Ayurvedic OTC products being launched into the market by the Consumer Business Division. With a strong field force present across the length and breadth of the country and with a dedicated group of channel partners the Consumer Division plans to achieve a turnover of Rs. 300 crore in the next five years.

B. HI-CARE DIVISION

The Health Care Business Unit of HLL is responsible for the marketing of health care products.

Products handled by HCBU are targeted at Blood Banks, Corporate & Private Hospitals, Government Hospitals etc. HLL has a dedicated team of sales personnel for covering the blood banks in India. HCBU also collaborates with various voluntary bodies for organising blood donation camps. Organising technical sessions for blood banking professionals is a regular activity carried by HCBU for upgradation and sharing of knowledge. HCBU has a wide distribution network covering all the towns in the country for reaching their products to the customers in an effective and efficient manner.

The major products under this division are Blood bags, Hydrocephalus shunts, Surgical Sutures, Gloves and Needle destroyers.

1. REGIONAL MANAGER (Code no.HLL/HR/36/2009)

Min. Qualification: MBA (Marketing) from a reputed, recognised university / institute.

Min. Experience: 5 years experience in FMCG / Pharma / Surgical / Brand Management at national or regional level in a leading organisation. Knowledge of Hindi and one of the regional language is essential.

Maximum Age: Not above 45 years as on 01.04.2009

2. BUSINESS MANAGER (Code no.HLL/HR/37/2009)

Min. Qualification: MBA (Marketing) from a reputed, recognised university / institute.

Min. Experience: 8 years experience in FMCG / Pharma / Surgical / Brand Management at national or regional level in a leading organisation. Knowledge of Hindi and one of the regional language is essential.

Maximum Age: Not above 45 years as on 01.04.2009

3. PRODUCT MANAGER (Code no.HLL/HR/38/2009)

Min. Qualification: MBA (Marketing) from a reputed, recognised university / institute.

Maximum Age: Not above 40 years as on 01.04.2009
