Should have BE/MCA/MSc IT/Btech/ – Should have proffessional degree or Post Graduate Mandatory
Should have more than 4+ Exp in .NET & MS SQL – This is basic criteria as they can grap the concepts very easily and give standards which are comparable with IT industry standards. Mandatory
Should have strong hands on exp in .NET Framework /C#/ASP.NET/MS SQL Server/HTML/CSS/XML/Javascript – All the above skills are very mandatory. Mandatory
Should have good exp in 3 tier architecture , Web Service, Ajax, Advance .NET concepts. – This is the architecture we follow in all our projects Mandatory
