Desired Candidate profile:
– Hands on experience in transitioning projects on Support, Maintenance, Control and Scheduling operations
- Hands on experience in Documentation of Job Structures
- Hands on experience in performing Mainframe Disaster recovery exercises
- Experience in coordinating and correcting “break-fix” solutions with appropriate vendors
- Experience in Administrating disk and tape using installed products
- Experience in system performance and tuning
- Knowledge of ‘how to’ support for application developers regarding new or unique projects
- Knowledge on the use of “BMC’s Control-O” automation tool
- Knowledge on “LRS” product suite
- Ability to handle issues and tickets escalated by L1 and L2 support administrators
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
