Hands-on technical knowledge with decent designing skills.
Must have Team Lead role experience
Must have at least 3+ years of experience in the DotNet field.
Must have handled at least 2-3 DotNet applications/projects.
Hands-on experience on .Net tech: ASP. Net, C#, ADO.Net, AJAX, XML with experience in Framework 3.0 & 3.5
Should be proficient with C#.
Proficiency in database design in SQL Server.
Must have ability to participate in Code & Design Reviews.
Should be willing to work outside of normal business hours.
Must have good leadership skills and strong process orientation
Must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
Team Handling / issue resolving skills are desired.A good knowledge of visual basic will be an added advantage
