Experience:3 – 8 Years
Skills: good communication ,Siebel version 8.0.
Desired:
A technical expert with a strong experience on deploying & integrating Siebel 8.0 call center with one or multiple telephony platforms.
Extensive experience in setting up and in administration of Siebel Communications Server.
Strong understanding of Switch, IVR/VRU & other telephony products.
Good Understanding and working knowledge of Siebel EAI on Siebel version 8.0.
Extensive experience on setting up lab environment for testing and simulating call center environment.
1-2 year hands-on experience with Siebel CTI Desktop deployments & CTI Integration Architecture and Solutioning.
At least 2 implementations integrating SIEBEL Call center Solution with CTI integration. Aspect Unified IP experience preferable.
Experience in contact center environments that include design & development of screen pop applications with agent desktops.
Should have worked on functionalities carried out by CTI like SmartScript, Call Script for Campaign Management, and Call Routing, etc
Experience in developing solution outlines in telecom domains preferable.
