-Strong hands on experience in Oracle/SQL is a MUST.]
-Good functional knowledge in HR,Payroll and administration is a MUST.
-Exposure to People soft EPM will be an added plus.
-Good experience working on large HRMS projects will be preferred.
- Overseas exposure is an added plus.
- Must pocess excellent communication and Analytical Skills.
