* Processes incidents when escalated by BP2I Monitoring via “ARS Incident”.
* Processes current service requests under it’s responsibility.
* If necessary escalates incidents to required support.
* Ensure daily follow up for incidents assigned to him.
* Analyses and qualify incidents.
* Contributes to change of Production instructions and procedures.
