Desired:
- Strong .NET Development – VB.NET/C# using Visual Studio .NET – 3+ yrs
- Strong mobile/wireless applications and platforms development experience using .NET Compact Framework/Pocket PC 2003/Windows Mobile 5 – 3yrs
- Strong ability to design and develop data driven mobile applications using SQL Server/SQL Server CE
- Desirable – Experience with MSMQ/JMS based messaging frameworks
- 3-5 years of design and development experience in N-Tier architectures, Networking Protocols, Web based Architectures including XML/SOAP based web services with focusing more on Mobile technologies
- ActiveSync, preferably applied use of ADS (Automatic Data Sync) /RDA (Remote Data Access) – 3yrs
- Desirable – Experience in Embedded Systems Product development focusing on small footprint, memory management and performance improvement
- Desirable to be able to deal with handheld devices limitations (Narrow bandwidth, UI, memory, storage constraints) and design/optimise the application to work best in these environments
Essential Non-Technical Skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, follow design guidelines, development standards and to work independently
- Good English communication skills both spoken and written
