About ZS Associates:
ZS is a US-based global consulting firm that helps a range of multinational companies from Fortune 500 firms to small startups. Across our business areas, customers range from CEOs of small firms, and VP-level people in large companies to 1st-line managers. The common thread through all our projects is that we only deal with issues related to Sales Force management and Marketing management. Our founders Prabhakant Sinha and Andy Zoltners are acknowledged experts in this area and conduct executive education courses on the subject to Kellogg GSB and ISB Hyderabad. A successful Lotus Notes/Domino developer possesses the following characteristics:
. BE/BTech with record of high academic achievement
. IBM Certified Application Developer – Lotus Notes and Domino 7
. Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment
. Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment
. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
. Strong customer service skills
Technical expectations include proficiencies in the following:
. 2-3 years of programming experience
. A minimum of 1-2 years in an analytical role
. In-depth knowledge of Notes Client and/or web-based application development
. Solid experience with LotusScript, Formula Language, SQL, JavaScript, Java, and HTML
. Experience using Lotus Enterprise Integrator
. Experience with SQL Server or Oracle is a plus
. Experience with Domino Administration is a plus
. Experience with IIS or Tomcat is a plus
