Desired:
Provides ongoing Siebel application support and maintenance of all the Siebel environments, including application monitoring, issue resolution, and working with the appropriate technical support staff (internal and vendor).
Primarily supports the production Siebel environment, but assists as needed with the development; test; and conversion environments.
Assists in release and migration planning.
Plays a role in the creation of new technical environments and establishing appropriate standards and strategies for these environments.
Participates in application release process.
Manages Siebel servers monitoring the logs and statistics reports; updating the server software as appropriate, providing backup and disaster recovery, and troubleshooting hardware and software problems in order to provide a reliable Siebel environment for end users.
Interacts with the ACS Help Desk, the Network Operations Center, LAN/WAN engineers, and other staff to provide second and third level support.
