Role And Responsibility |

Key Responsibilities: 1) To design and implement the compensation system for the organization by: ? Evaluating and defining clear bands and compensation structure ? Undertaking compensation and reward benchmarking studies in line with the business and reward strategy ? Reviewing the compensation structure of the organization and suggesting improvements from time to time ? Assisting in formulating the increment and reward strategy for the company and implementing the same 2) To monitor and arrest attrition and ensure smooth exit in the company through: ? Timely MIS of attrition and resignation trends on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis ? Proactively working with the Unit HR to arrest attrition wherever possible ? Ensure smooth and hassle free exit procedure and settlement of dues 3) To review and upgrade existing policies and frame new policies 4) To assist in the automation of HR systems to enhance overall efficiency and service effectiveness. |

Job Requirement |

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Post graduate in Personnel Management or an MBA with a specialization in HR. 7 to 8 years of experience. At least 2-3 years of corporate experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR policies. IT experience would help. COMPETENCIES ? Strong conceptual skills. Good understanding of Compensation systems and HR Policies. ? Good interpersonal and influencing skills. Ability to understand and address the needs of diverse groups. ? Good facilitation skills ? High result orientation ? High systems/ process orientation ? Numerical ability and familiarity with Micro-Soft applications |
