Reports to: Project Manager
Objective of the job
To take care of all civil construction/site management activities at the construction site and coordination with the contractors/suppliers to ensure completion of project within time, cost & quality parameters.
Principal duties and responsibilities
  • To prepare an action plan to meet planned construction schedules.
  • Projections of manpower requirements & ensure its compliance by contractors.
  • Supervise day to day work and check all materials specification before use.
  • Ensure execution of project as per drawing specification.
  • Ensure compliance of quality specification in construction.
  • Ensure adequate safety measures for labour force in project as per safety norms.
  • Will prepare and send the weekly progress report.
Desired Candidates profile
  • Degree in Civil with 1-3 years relevant experience in construction or similar Industry.
  • Proficiency in computer.
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be a good team player.
  • Should be independent and go-getter.
