. Perform Root Cause Analysis for the identified gaps or pains.
. Prepare TO-BE CRM business processes
. Clearly understand and capture Customer Requirements
. Define and enhance CRM Telecom Business Processes of Sales, Service and Marketing
. Map CRM processes on the out-of-the-box screens/features
. Liaise with other vendors and partners in a competitive environment
. Identify and escalate issues impacting Business Analysis phase
. Proactively adopt meticulous and well planned approach towards client expectation management
