JobTitle:Scrum/Agile Senior QA Engineer

Desired:
The ideal candidate will have strong software quality assurance and testing
experience, a proven track record of having performed testing activities successfully
for Web applications, and demostrated knowledge of Agile development best
practices.
BTech or MTech in Computer Science or Engineering.
Effectively functions and communicates within a software development team
consisting of developers, quality assurance, system administrator, UI
designer, and project management members.
Demonstrated understanding of how implementation choices by developers
impact user experience in terms of browser compatibility, accessibility, and
performance Must have ability to develop high quality test case suites for feature,
regression, performance and scalability testing scenarios.
Superior with test case execution and result communication.
Understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile testing methods is required.
Experience with automated software testing tools (Selenium, HP, IBM,
Rational etc) is a plus.
Experience of Use Case-Driven Testing in Agile Development is a plus.
Understanding and concepts of Databases (MySQL, Oracle etc) is desirable.
Experience working with Continuous Integration practices is a plus.
Working knowledge of Linux and Unix Operating systems is a plus.
