Job Title : Test and Integration Center Manager
Experience : 7 – 10 Years
Education : B.Tech/B.E.,MBA/PGDM
Desired : 7-10 Years of experience in Testing domain
BE & MBA (Preferred). PMP certification mandatory
Prior experience in atleast one large scale IT implementation exercise
Proven ability to manage key stakeholder interests in an ambivalent / bureaucratic culture while managing conflicting priorities and business interests
Demonstrated ability to handle conflicts and focus on issue resolution
Job Description : 1 – Test & Integration Center Management
Manage all activities related to the Test & Integration Center
Planning & tracking progress of all activities such as installation
Liaise with the Project teams and other Subcontractor teams to plan and schedule testing of their systems
2 – Act as a bridge between other Subcontractors, SI Project team and MSI Project team
Work with the other subcontractor teams to plan their equipment installation in the TIC
Keep all the stakeholders posted on the progress of various subsystem tests and highlight any concerns or issues to the Test and Commissioning Manager
