| Must be able to manage a team size of at least 10+ developers | |
| In-depth knowledge of Java, J2EE, XML, EJB, Struts, AJAX, Spring, Hibernate, Ruby On Rails, JBOSS, Agile Methodologies | |
| Must be able to handle multiple tasks | |
| Must be able to coordinate client communication | |
| Identifying potential performers within the team and grooming them for the appropriate activities/roles | |
| Creating awareness of various Quality processes amongst the team members | |
| Proficient in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements, design and development | |
| Feedback and appraisals of the team members | |
| Desired Profile Extensive experience in Project Management Life Cycle: Initiation, Estimation, Execution, Monitoring, Closing |
Must have at least Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or in related field. Must have at least 7+ years of industry experience
